Stand-Up Dates Week Of Feb. 8th – 15th

Howdy Y’all…

***Because of the snow and my utter lack of preparedness, I will not be going to the Lion’s Lair tonight (Monday the 8th).  I hope this doesn’t spoil anyone’s plans.***

I will be performing at three open mike nights this week.  The first will be Monday Feb. 8th at the Lion’s Lair on Colfax.  I’ll be there around 9pm.  If there is time afterward, I might go to Bender’s Tavern as well.  They host an open mike Mondays as well.  This is my first time at the Lion’s Lair but I’ve heard that it is a great atmosphere.  Here’s the address and website:

Wednesday, Feb. 10th, I’m going back to Old Chicago in LoDo.  The host, Jesse Carter, has moved the open mike time from after the usual comedy contest to before at 8:30pm.  I will be there at 8:30.

Friday, Feb. 12th, I will be performing at Club 404 off of Broadway and 4th around 9:30.  The first time I visited the host, Andrew Smichek, placed me at the end of the ticket because I brought so many people to watch my performance.  He thought that my friends would leave after I performed leaving other comics an empty room.  If you come, and I encourage you to, don’t tell anyone you’re with me.  Just catch my eye, nod, and I will approach when the time is right.
